There's a heat wave currently in many European cities, including London.
So how should one keep cool during the extreme heat. Take the cue from a group of runners recently at the Vienna City Marathon.
Some 120 employees from RHI AG, a producer of fire-resistant system solutions, who took part in the Vienna City Marathon, wore T-shirts made in TENCEL® to keep cool thus optimised their performance. Apparently TENCEL® t-shirts have excellent breathability so athletes stay cool during physical activity Moisture is transported from the skin to the fabric’s surface where it evaporates leaving the skin dry. One of the participants from RHI AG came in among the top 25 runners!
